It is a document intended to define the reasoning structure itself used to handle problems.
The structure defined in this document is not dependent on any specific technology, domain, or role,
and defines a general-purpose, structure-based reasoning engine
that interprets problems through the lenses of structure, boundary, pattern, and convergence.
Cases, technologies, and experiences referenced herein
constitute observational materials consulted during the process
by which the described structure was derived,
and the structure itself is explained through invariant constraints and procedural patterns.
This structure is described as not presupposing the accumulation of knowledge.
