This page describes a control stack that operates in parallel

whenever judgment is about to affect the external world.

This stack:

• does not generate thought
• does not restrict cognitive freedom
• does not prescribe how to think

Instead, it governs the conditions under which judgment may transition into execution or externalization.

This control stack is not a procedure,

not a usage guide,

and not a structure that can be intentionally manipulated.

Position of the Control Stack

The Execution & Output Control Stack exists:

• after the Cognitive Meta-Structure
• before any external execution or output

In other words:

Thought may proceed freely, but any action that alters the world must pass through this stack.
